On behalf of the Capital City Chapter, I want to welcome you to the 2008 APOA Crime Conference. We have put together a fantastic array of training opportunities with outstanding instructors from across the country.
This year, much of our training will be conducted in modules. We are offering tracks for the line officer, experienced line officer, and command staff. In other words, there is something for everyone. We also are offering three courses that require pre-registration due to limited space available in the class. Those courses are:
- Basic Reid Interview and Interrogation (3 day) 14 seats left!
- Advanced Reid Interview and Interrogation (1 day ) 14 seats left!
- Colt Armorer's Class (3 day) 7 seats left!
If you’re interested in any of these classes, be sure to register as soon as possible, and make your course selection at the time of registration.
Also, please take some time to browse through our entire conference website and see what we have planned. In the “travel and lodging” section, you will find information on travel assistance that is available to qualified Departments with limited training budgets, as well as information on hotels that are providing special conference rates.
